We will get back to you to schedule a video call (approx.30 min) and teach you the basics of a healthy sitting posture, and to help you adjusting the chair and the workplace.
It is often difficult to sit comfortably on a kitchen chair, a couch or even some office chairs (e.g., when they are too deep). To better support your pelvis, here is a memory foam lumbar cushion that we selected with the greatest attention. Its stabilty is ensured through an anti-slip bottom, combined with two elastic strap bands. It is easily adaptable to most chair backrests. We offer two different versions:
