The OH'Seed approach
To act durably, it is not enough to tackle health risks one after the other: they must be eliminated at the root. This is the objective of the OH'Seed approach developed by Erg'OH Conseil on the basis of the following observation: a risk arises as the product of the encounter of a decision (strategic, economic, managerial, etc.) with a corporate culture.
Together with the board of directors, we proceed in 3 steps:
We work with you to establish an action plan in the form of a balanced scorecard that is integrated into the company's scorecard. Thus, the role of OHS policy in the smooth running of the company is highlighted for all.
- analysis of the 10 determinants of your corporate culture,
- analysis of the human challenges and conditions underlying your business strategy,
- linking the two analyses to define health and safety objectives that support employees in their ability to achieve the strategy.

The OH'Seed approach was officially presented at the 50th conference of the Nordic Ergonomics Society in Denmark.
